HYPE ENTERTAINMENT — TERMS & CONDITIONS + REFUND POLICY

1. All Sales Are Final

All ticket, booth, sponsorship, and vendor purchases are final and non-refundable.
By completing any transaction with Hype Entertainment (“Event Organizer”), you acknowledge and agree that funds are immediately allocated toward non-recoverable event expenses, including but not limited to artist deposits, venue fees, production, permits, insurance, and staffing.


2. Case-by-Case Review

While all transactions are final, the Event Organizer may, at its sole discretion, review individual refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Such consideration does not guarantee a refund or credit. Requests that demonstrate exceptional circumstances or verified event-related errors will be prioritized.

Refund options may include:

Partial refund (typically 30–60%)

Credit toward a future event

Alternate compensation (e.g., VIP upgrades, exclusive access, or merch bundles)


3. Submission Process

All refund or credit requests must be submitted through the official process by first emailing:

Once verified, the team will reply with the official refund form link for completion.
Requests submitted via social media, text, or verbal communication will not be considered valid until the official form is completed.

Each submission must include:

Full name and contact information

Proof of purchase (receipt or screenshot)

Description of the issue or reason for refund request


4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted for:

Personal schedule conflicts, illness, or travel issues

Weather-related cancellations or venue changes

Artist or performer substitutions/cancellations

Dissatisfaction with experience or event execution

Requests submitted after the published deadline


5. Processing and Timing

If a refund or credit is approved, please allow 7–14 business days for processing.
Payment platforms such as Eventbrite, Stripe, Square, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, or other third-party processors may delay disbursement, and Hype Entertainment cannot control their internal timelines.


6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without completing the official refund request process will result in automatic forfeiture of any potential refund or credit, and may result in a permanent ban from future events.


7. Limitation of Liability

Hype Entertainment and its affiliates, venues, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, or claims resulting from event changes, postponements, or cancellations beyond their control.


8. Future Event Credits

If a credit is issued, it may be applied toward any Hype Entertainment production within 12 months of issuance — including:

Music festivals

Expos or conventions

Business or networking summits

Community parties or concerts

Other Hype-branded experiences

Credits are non-transferable and hold no cash value, but may be used toward ticket upgrades, vendor fees, or other event-related costs.


9. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a ticket, vendor space, or sponsorship, or by submitting this refund request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, and that all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing by Hype Entertainment.


10. Policy Updates and Adjustments

Hype Entertainment reserves the right to modify, adjust, or update these Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy at any time as deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the event, its artists, partners, attendees, and budget.
Adjustments may be made in response to unforeseen circumstances, logistical factors, or operational requirements.

While maintaining this flexibility, our goal remains to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction wherever reasonably possible.
We are committed to working in good faith to find resolutions that support both our community and event partners.
